2. What Is the Purpose of Using Cookies?

What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL;
- Learning whether your personal data has been processed,
- Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting correction of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and requesting that the correction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, except for legal limitations, and requesting that the deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automatic systems,
- You have the right to claim compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
How Can You Apply to the Data Controller?
You can forward the above-mentioned rights to our company in writing with a wet signature or by using a registered electronic mail (REM) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified by the data subject to our company and registered in our company's system. You can use the application form on our website for your application.
The application address for written applications is "Halkalı Merkez Mah. Basın Ekspres Cad. No:1 Küçükçekmece/İstanbul". For a person other than the personal data subject to make a request, a special power of attorney issued by the personal data subject in the name of the person who will apply must be available.
Requests submitted to our company in accordance with the procedure will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the response exceeds ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page above ten pages. If the response to the application is provided in a recording medium such as CD or flash drive, the cost of the data recording medium may be requested.
