Philipp Haas holds an MBA in banking from St. Gallen University of Economics, Law, and Business Administration. He is fluent in German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Turkish. Since 1992, he has held various positions in investment consultancy and management. He has extensive experience in Eastern European and particularly Turkish markets. He has participated in numerous restructuring projects in Ukraine and Türkiye. In the 1990s, he served on the boards of Rogan Brewery in Ukraine and Net Holding in Türkiye on behalf of institutional foreign investors. He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having consulted for Slovakopharma (later Zentiva) to direct Eastern European investments. He chairs the boards of EastPharma Ltd and DEVA Holding. He also chairs the boards of Saba İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., New Life Yaşam Sigorta A.Ş., and Eastpharma İlaç Üretim Pazarlama San. ve Tic. A.Ş., and serves as a Board Member at Eastpharma Sarl. Within the group, he serves as manager at Devatis Ltd, Devatis GmbH, Devatis AG, Devatis de Mexico S.DE RL. DE C.V, Devatis Pty Ltd, Devatis Canada Inc., Devatis d.o.o. Beograde, Devatis B.V., Devatis LLC, and as Board Member and CEO at Devatis Inc.

Cüneyt Demirgüreş graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University (METU) and completed his MBA at Boğaziçi University. Between 1990 and 1993, he completed his Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Alabama. He held senior executive positions at Eczacıbaşı Securities, Demir Investment, Demirbank, Swiss Portfolio Management, and Unicredit Securities. He serves as a Board Member at Bayraktar Real Estate Development A.Ş. and Ege Endüstri Holding. He is a Senior Lecturer at Koç University.

Ayşecik Haas graduated from Ankara Private Yükseliş College in 1991 and completed her bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronic Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University and her master's in Economics at Texas Tech University. She began her career in various engineering roles at Emek Elektrik and Beko Elektronik in Türkiye. After her master's degree, she worked in the finance sector in New York. Upon her return, she briefly served as an investment specialist at Hattat Holding. Between 2008 and 2015, she served as General Manager of NAR Group. She currently serves as a Board Member at New Life Yaşam Sigorta A.Ş.

Tuncay Cem Akkuş completed his bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University. He began his career as a systems engineer at PTT General Directorate and soon transitioned to the telecommunications sector. He held engineering, management, and infrastructure project consultancy positions at the operations units of Siemens A.Ş., Sabancı Telekom, Global İletişim, Turkcell Superonline, and Millenicom. He currently serves as Director of Data & Voice Networks at Starnova Yazılım.

Mehmet Baş graduated from Gazi University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, and completed his master's and doctoral studies at the same university's Institute of Social Sciences. He began his academic career as a Research Assistant at Gazi University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He currently serves as Professor at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He has numerous published academic studies in international peer-reviewed journals and continues to contribute to the field of business administration.
